  • Professional Information: Occupation, company name, job title (if relevant).

  • Hand written Coaching/counselling notes: 2 years after your last session.
  • Invoices and financial data: 10 years in compliance with accounting requirements.

  • For supervision and professional development: as a psychologist/coach we may use some of the information in a anonymised and depersonalised manner when fulfilling professional requirements for supervision and professional development.
